πŸͺͺ BLACK + DOCTRINE CLAUSE (CULTURAL COHESION AMENDMENT XIII)

Clause Title: The Doctrine of Lineage-First Integration

Provision: No identity be it gender, sexuality, religion, politics, or region may be placed above or against the Black American lineage.

Every internal category is subordinate to, and contextualized by, the shared ethnocultural identity of Lineage-Based Black Americans.

This clause affirms:

Unity without Erasure – Every identity expression is protected within the lineage, not extracted from it.

Multiplicity without Fragmentation – Differences exist, but division is prohibited.

Cohesion before Category – Group preservation precedes personal positioning.

Mandate

All IPC policies, cultural curricula, media frameworks, and protected class programming shall interpret internal identities through this doctrine.

Any ideology, theology, or politic that seeks to divide Black Americans from their lineage or from one another shall be treated as hostile to our sovereignty.

Final Judgment:

We are not fragmented identities fighting for space within whiteness.

We are a sovereign people, integrating difference through blood, memory, and mission.

Black first. Black forever. Black unbreakable.
